Foundational skills of coaching leadership
Every leader with responsibility for performance discovers their strategic leadership priorities.
Based on our transformational Leaders Who Coach™ course, we take peer leaders through an interactive journey to discover their leadership priorities individually and as a team. Throughout, they explore the foundational elements and skills of powerful coach-leadership communication and conversations.
Each of the 3 online workshops is themed to cover the critical aspects of team and workplace challenges — Being Grounded, Communication & Connections, and Delegating with Integrity & for Accountability.
Workshops are facilitated by professionally trained Executive Coaches who are also expert tutors of our transformational 5-Star CPD Certified course, Leaders Who Coach™ — providing rich guidance and coaching on communication styles and options as well as difficult conversations.
When we have confidence and skills in conversations, we encourage collaboration, create ownership, raise productivity, and embed accountability. But first, we must understand our own drivers and blockers, and develop a strategic point of view of our own leadership priorities.

Foundational Elements & Skills of Coaching
Throughout the programme, leaders are introduced to foundational elements and skills of coaching cultures and a coaching style of leadership such as:
- Ways to listen that grow self-awareness and ownership in our direct reports
- Ways to be curious and ask questions that build critical thinking, resilience and goal-setting
- How putting others at the centre of conversations can positively impact outcomes
- How experimenting grows our leadership skills with more confidence
- How we can slow down and stage transitions to better manage risk and growth when delegating
Strategic Point of View on Their Leadership
By the end of the programme, leaders have a more strategic point of view of their own leadership, and a renewed drive for their focus and responsibilities.
They gain clarity on their priority areas, stronger emotional connections and common language with their peers to enhance collaboration and issue resolution, and a grounding in the primary principles of coaching leadership.
