Better Conversations for Leaders #BC4Leaders
At BC4L, we design and curate talks and events for leaders. Our agendas are rich, deep and global, from the emotional to the strategic, focused on considering the pressures, responsibilities and opportunities of being in a leadership role.
Decoding Leadership for a Changing World was our inaugural virtual summit as we were propelled into a global pandemic that has and continues to demand more of us as leaders as we navigate complexity, massive change, new technology, automation, AI, industry restructure, environmental shifts, renegotiation of societal norms, remote working and much uncertainty.
The overarching theme from our summit speakers is our need to embrace our own humanity as leaders — enjoy the recordings.👇🏽
