Application Criteria: You need to have left full-time education within the last 12 years and have at least 2 direct reports. See our FAQ for more details.

Key Dates for Successful Applicants

* Leaders Who Coach™ for our January 2023 intake is released on Tuesday 24 January.

Our first Enrichment Cohort Call is on Tuesday 31 January.
Our final Enrichment Call is on 2 May.

If your application is successful, we’ll let you know by Monday 13 January.

Enrichment Calls are on Tuesdays 2:30-4:00pm UK time. A final schedule will be provided at the point we make you an offer.

To graduate with 50 CPD Hours, leaders complete all 100+ micro lessons, pass 12 quizzes, submit 12 assignments for peer and tutor review, and attend a minimum of 10 out of 12 Enrichment Calls.
